To achieve "targeted carbon reduction", we have developed a Building Management System (BMS) and an Energy Monitoring Platform by integrating the Internet of Things (IoT), AI and software technologies. The former improves building operational efficiency through centralized real-time monitoring, while the latter focuses on energy consumption data tracking and analysis; their integration can significantly optimize energy allocation.
From electrical appliances to various systems, we leverage the Building Energy Consumption Reports (BEC Reports) model as shown in the picture. Through GadBC, we conduct real-time monitoring and analysis of the energy consumption of electrical appliances and equipment, and generate detailed reports to accurately gain insights into energy usage. Whether it is the optimization of HVAC systems, the deployment of green facilities such as photovoltaic and electric vehicle charging, or the construction of intelligent building management systems, we comprehensively help clients reduce their carbon footprint and jointly build a sustainable green future.
